The final Jenkintown2035 Comprehensive Plan is organized into several parts including a detailed background section with demographic data, a future land use plan, four theme chapters with additional data analysis, recommendations, and strategies, and an implementation chapter that indicates priority and resources associated with individual strategies.

The Borough’s established transportation infrastructure improves access to the larger region, both by public transit and by car, which is a major reason residents choose to live in Jenkintown. The Borough’s walkable nature and potential for additional bike and trail connections contribute to the Borough’s overall livability.
