The Borough Human Relations Commission was established in 2011. It is dedicated to promoting fairness, equity, and mutual respect within the community by addressing discrimination, fostering understanding, and supporting the principles of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act through impartial, volunteer-driven service.

The Borough Human Relations Commission consists of four residents of the Borough of Jenkintown, appointed by Borough Council. They serve for terms of three years.
