It is important to keep in mind that the comprehensive planning process will build off of the Borough’s past planning efforts. Although the Borough’s last full comprehensive plan was done in 1962, the Borough has continued to do extensive planning work in recent years, with a focus on economic revitalization of the downtown core area and improvements along Old York Road.
