Due to expected rain showers on Saturday, the Recreation Board has POSTPONED the Chili Cook-Off to our rain date: SATURDAY,OCTOBER 22, 2016.
If you were previously registered as a chili or pie contestant, you should have already received a couple of emails about the postponement. You will have to re-register to be a contestant on the same website as before: bit.ly/jenkchili2016. This is so we can have an accurate count of contestants for the new date.

Time is running out to sign-up for your chance at chili glory and up to $200 in prize money in this year’s annual chili cook-off on October 8, presented by the Jenkintown Recreation Board.
Valley Road will be closed traveling east bound from the Thomas J. Paul Building to Welsh Road on Sunday October 2nd starting at 8:00 AM until 10:00 AM for the 13th annual Valley Road Run hosted by The Breathing Room Foundation. To see a map of the road closure see here.
