Natural Gas Service Upgrades PECO has completed installation of new gas mains and will begin natural gas service upgrades outside of homes beginning Wednesday, April 15th from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Runnymede Avenue between West and Florence Avenues. PECO will not need access inside of homes at this time. Only necessary work will be completed outside from the gas main trench to the property line. Any areas impacted will be repaired and ALL areas will be restored to their original condition. PECO Notice sent to Customers

The Borough has been notified by PECO’s subcontractor, Henkels & McCoy, that the Accelerated Gas Infrastructure Modernization Project (AGIMP) will continue the week of Monday, April 13th. Runnymede Avenue between Florence Avenue and Walnut Street AND Hillside Avenue between Highland and Florence Avenues will be closed to thru traffic for approximately one week beginning Monday, April 13th from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM to allow for the installation of new gas mains to be safely completed in these areas.
