Please join the EAC members and engaged citizens for a Zoom meeting of the Jenkintown Environmental Advisory Committee (JEAC) , tonight Wednesday January 6, 2021 at 7 pm.
In attendance this evening will be special guest Emily Pugliese of the office of State Senator Art Haywood to summarize upcoming environmental legislation in the Pennsylvania legislature. Senator Haywood has always been a strong supporter of Environmental concerns and efforts and we are looking forward to hearing the upcoming legislation.
At the meeting, the EAC will also announce and discuss the upcoming conference, Our Environmental Future, hosted by State Representative Napoleon Nelson, Our Environmental Future on Friday February 5, 2021. The conference is free of charge and open to everyone. Please register here.

This will be the first EAC meeting of the year and despite the Emergency Covid pandemic the EAC continued making great accomplishments on important Environmental issues that affect Jenkintown Borough throughout 2020 . Like the many Committees, Boards and Commissions that allow the Borough to function at such a high level of success, volunteer Citizen involvement is the key to their success so we hope to see you there.
