The Public Works Department has been preparing for the threat of severe potential weather currently forecasted to begin the morning of Wednesday, December 16th, and continue through the morning of December 17th.  There will be temporary

postponements/cancellations of the “Yard Debris Collection” originally scheduled Tuesday, December 15th, “Special/ Bulk Trash Collection” originally scheduled Wednesday, December 16th and the Route 5 “Curbside Leaf Collection” originally scheduled Thursday, December 17th.  There will be no “Yard Debris Collection” this week.  The Jenkintown Borough Public Works regularly scheduled “Yard Debris Collection” will resume on Tuesday, December 22nd.  “Special/Bulk Trash Collection” will take place on Friday, December 18th.  Route 5 “Curbside Leaf Collection” will take place on Monday, December 21st.
