Jenkintown Borough would like to share the following update provided by PECO regarding the company’s COVID-19 policies to ensure customer access to services.

PECO is committed to powering you through the COVID-19 crisis. We are ensuring you have access to safe and reliable service during this critical time.
It’s now easier than ever to connect with us. You can:
- Make a payment online or with the PECO mobile app.
- Sign up for budget billing to pay a set amount each month.
If you need help paying your bill, please call us at 1-800-494-4000. We will work with you to find the best payment options.
Assistance programs can help if you are facing financial hardship. Visit peco.com/help to learn more about these programs.
If you are unable to pay your bill, please know we have extended the following through at least July 1, 2020:
- Suspending service disconnections
- Waiving all new late fees for customers
- Reconnecting service for customers who have had their service disconnected
If you wish to assist others facing financial hardship, we offer the PECO Gift of Energy. With the PECO Gift of Energy, you can make a payment toward a friend or family member’s PECO bill. You can give any amount. The gift appears as a credit on a recipient’s future bill. The process is quick and easy. Visit peco.com/gift or call 1-800-597-9514.
