PECO Extends COVD-19 Customer Supports Efforts through July 1st

Jenkintown Borough would like to share the following update provided by PECO regarding the company’s COVID-19 policies to ensure customer access to services.

PECO is committed to powering you through the COVID-19 crisis. We are ensuring you have access to safe and reliable service during this critical time.

If you need help paying your bill, please call us at 1-800-494-4000. We will work with you to find the best payment options.

Assistance programs can help if you are facing financial hardship. Visit  opens in a new windowpeco.com/help to learn more about these programs.

If you are unable to pay your bill, please know we have extended the following through at least July 1, 2020:

  • Suspending service disconnections
  • Waiving all new late fees for customers
  • Reconnecting service for customers who have had their service disconnected

If you wish to assist others facing financial hardship, we offer the  opens in a new windowPECO Gift of EnergyWith the PECO Gift of Energy, you can make a payment toward a friend or family member’s PECO bill.
