PECO is committed to powering you through the COVID-19 crisis. We are ensuring you have access to safe and reliable service during this critical time.
It’s now easier than ever to connect with us. You can:

If you need help paying your bill, please call us at 1-800-494-4000. We will work with you to find the best payment options.

If you are unable to pay your bill, please know we have extended the following through at least July 1, 2020:
- Suspending service disconnections
- Waiving all new late fees for customers
- Reconnecting service for customers who have had their service disconnected

With the PECO Gift of Energy, you can make a payment toward a friend or family member’s PECO bill. You can give any amount. The gift appears as a credit on a recipient’s future bill.
