PECO has just notified the Borough that Runnymede Avenue between Elm and Linda Vista Avenues will be closed today, Monday, May 6th to all through traffic until 12:00 PM. The road closure is to allow PECO to complete a repair for a gas leak in the 500 block of Runnymede Avenue. The road closure will take place to ensure the safety for both the General Public as well as the workers.

Please make plans to take an alternate route during the time listed above to avoid further disruption to your travels. Residents residing on the 500 block of Runnymede will have complete access to their driveways. Thank you for your patience and understanding while these necessary repairs are made.
