Phase Two of the Sanitary Sewer Lining Project will continue on Monday, November 25th 2019 on Washington Lane between Wyncote & Township Line Roads from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM. During this phase of the project the contractor, National Water Main Cleaning Company, will complete spot repairs. This work being completed at this time should not cause any disruption to water/ sewer service to residents.
The roads will remain open but there may be intermittent temporary delays in the area to allow for life safety of personnel. Jenkintown Borough has been notified by Aqua Pennsylvania’s subcontractor, Caddick Utilities, that Homestead Road between York Road and Cottman Street will be closed to thru traffic on Wednesday, November 20th from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily to allow for water services to be safely installed to the individual properties.
Residents will continue to have access to their properties during this process. If you do not reside on one of these roads please plan to take another route during these times to avoid disruption of your travels.
