As the PECO gas main project is winding down, the following road will experience closures tomorrow Friday, August 4th. Rodman Avenue between Walnut Street and Runnymede Avenue to allow for the capping of the newly abandoned gas main. As well as temporary road closures on Rodman Avenue from Walnut Street to Cloverly Aveune to allow for the removal of steel plates and trench repair. The Borough has just been informed that PECO has closed Rodman Avenue between Walnut Street and Cloverly today, August 3rd, to allow for the capping of the newly abandoned gas main. The Applicant is appealing the decision of the Zoning Officer and is requesting a special exception, and variances sections 181-57, 181-58A, 181-43.C.1.c.1, 181-43.C.1.c.2, 181-43.C.1.c.3, 181-74, and Article XIV to use the existing lot as surface parking for Faulkner Nissan at 610 York Road Jenkintown PA 19046.
