SEPTA Meeting With Borough Residents

Representatives of SEPTA conducted a meeting/presentation for Borough residents on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 6:00 pm in person at Jenkintown Borough Hall.

The Borough was notified by SEPTA that they would be holding a meeting with residents and providing a presentation regarding the SEPTA Jenkintown Stream Restoration/Flood Mitigation Project taking place on SEPTA property behind the homes on Runnymede Avenue. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the specifics of their project and answer questions from residents concerning the project.

While this was not a ‘Borough Public Meeting’, the Borough made Borough Hall available to SEPTA and to the public for the purpose of this meeting. The Borough also streamed the meeting virtually via Zoom, allowing residents to ask questions if they were unable to attend in person.  Additionally, the meeting was streamed live on the opens in a new windowBorough’s Facebook page.
