The Bulk / Special Pick Up will still be taking place on Wednesday, September, 6th.
The Borough paving project contract has obtained all necessary approvals. The Contractor, T.Shiefer Contractors, Inc., will begin tomorrow, August 31st. The roads being milled and paved under this contract include Newbold Road, from Washington Lane to Rydal Road, and Vernon Road, from Clement Road to Rydal Road.
The roads will need to be free of vehicles so the milling and paving operation can take place unimpeded. All residences on this project have driveways and we ask that you use your driveway for parking during this project. The Contractor will place No Parking Signs on the affected roads. A mailing to the affected residences was sent by the Borough through US Mail. There will be Borough wide email blast updates such as this during the project.
