Winter Storm Petra

The Public Works Department has prepared for the inclement weather currently forecast to begin tomorrow, Wednesday, February 20th. The storm’s current forecast is to begin with snow tomorrow morning and then turn into a wintry mix tomorrow evening. We are currently anticipating a plowable event so if you own a driveway please park in the driveway, if you do not own a driveway please park close to the curb to allow the plow trucks  clear access to the roadway.

The roads will be slippery throughout the storm and while salting operations are taking place. All equipment is operational and Public Works will be monitoring the conditions throughout the storm and responding as needed. If you must go outside or travel please use caution.  Continue reading Winter Storm Petra
