Today, August 12, 2020 there is a FLASH FLOOD WATCH in effect throughout Montgomery County, PA that will affect Jenkintown Borough Residents. Update: Sanitary Sewer Lining Project Night work to be performed Monday, August 10th through Thursday, August 13th
The Public Sanitary Sewer Lining Project continues Monday, August 10th through Thursday, August 13th on the following streets between the hours of 7:00 PM and 4:00 AM. Flaggers will be on site during this night work to assist with traffic control due to temporary lane closures. Door hangers have been placed on the properties that will be affected. Update: PECO Junction Box Adjustment and Sidewalk Repair Project
The Borough has been notified by PECO’s subcontractor, Miller Bros. that the junction box adjustment and sidewalk repairs project in the Jenkintown Borough business district will continue tomorrow, August 10th through Thursday, August 13th from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM on York Road from Cherry Street to West Avenue. Areas affected by this work will be posted with temporary ‘no parking’ signs to allow for the work to be completed safely. Entrance to businesses will be maintained throughout this process.
