Jenkintown Borough is excited to announce the newest addition to the Borough’s website. We have added a ‘Photo of the Month’ feature to our website! All pictures will be provided through Jenkintown’s own Jon Adams and will be displayed on the front page of Jenkintown’s website for one month. This will give all residents and visitors to the Borough website the opportunity to see all that makes Jenkintown Borough a special place to live and visit.

In addition to this exciting new feature, Jenkintown Borough has been continually working to update its website with information, new pictures and upcoming events including Jenkintown Borough’s Arts Fest that will occur in September. We hope that with these new website features we will be able to reach all residents and visitors to the website to help assist and answer any questions quickly and conveniently. By visiting the Public Works page on the website you can review and or download and print things such as the leaf collection schedule and street sweeper schedule.
The following changes and features have been added to the Borough website recently:

• A “Photo of the Month”, photos provided through Jenkintown’s own Jon Adams. These beautiful photos will not only allow current resident and property owners to enjoy them but will provide visitors of the site and potential visitors to Jenkintown Borough a small window to see people, places and things that make Jenkintown Borough such an attractive place to visit, dine, shop and live. • Added a “Zoning and Land Development page that includes all current Zoning and Land Development applications, plans and next opportunity for public comment. Below is the link to that page https://jenkintownboro.com/zoning-and-land-development-applications/
• With Borough Council’s continued efforts to provide transparency, we have been working very hard to live video stream all Borough Council meetings. The schedule and link to the live streaming can be seen at the link below. https://jenkintownboro.com/livestream/ and appears as a small TV on the Borough website. Once the livestream meeting is over the video is uploaded to the website on the Meeting Minutes, Agendas and Video page which can be found here. https://jenkintownboro.com/meeting-agendas-and-minutes/
• A Financial Dashboard powered by CLEARGOV that enables visitors to review, research and drill down in to the specifics of the Municipal Revenue and Expenses in all categories of the Borough financing and budgeting. There is no more transparent means to share this information. The Borough was the first Municipality in Pennsylvania to make this program available to the public. • Updated the alternating banner photos and informational pieces that are available by clicking on the banner photos.
