The 300 Block of Hillside Avenue will be closed tomorrow, Thursday September 13th, from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM. In addition to Hillside Avenue being closed, temporary lane closures will occur on:
400 block of Florence Avenue
300 & 500 block of Summit Avenue
300 block of Walnut Street
These lane closures will take place to allow for Asplundh, a PECO contractor to trim trees around power lines. During this time, residents will have full access to their driveways and will be open to all through traffic. There will be no parking signs listed on the above listed streets to allow for safety precautions.
Please make plans to take an alternate route to avoid further disruption of your travels. Thank you for your patience and understanding while these necessary improvements are made. Should you have any questions, please contact Borough Hall at (215) 885-0700 or feel free to email Randy Holdren from Asplundh at RHOLDEN1@asplundh.com.
