Winter Storm Maya

The Public Works Department has prepared for the inclement weather currently forecast to begin tonight, Monday, February 11th. The storm’s current forecast is to begin with snow this evening and then turn into a wintry mix tomorrow morning, Tuesday February 12th, followed by rain tomorrow afternoon. We are currently anticipating a plowable event so if you own a driveway please park in the driveway, if you do not own a driveway please park close to the curb to allow the plow trucks  clear access to the roadway.

The roads will be slippery throughout the storm and while salting operations are taking place. All equipment is operational and Public Works will be monitoring the conditions throughout the storm and responding as needed. If you must go outside or travel please use caution.
