The Borough has been notified by PECO’s Contractor J.K. Kiely Construction that there will be temporary lane restrictions on York Road at the intersection of West Avenue, beginning Monday, July 28th through Tuesday July 29th to allow for the replacement of the gas main to be safely completed in this area. West Avenue will also be closed from York Road to Cottman Street. Work will be taking place from 8:00 PM until 6:00 AM.  

This work has been scheduled to take place overnight to minimize disruption to traffic. Please plan to use an alternate route during these times to avoid disruption of your travels.
