The Borough has been notified by PECO’s subcontractor, Miller Bros. that the junction box adjustment and sidewalk repair project in the Jenkintown Borough business district will continue Monday, August 24th through Thursday, August 27th from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM on York Road from Cherry Street to

Summit Avenue.   Flaggers will be on site to assist with traffic control due to temporary lane closures along York Road.   Areas affected by this work will be posted with temporary ‘no parking’ signs to allow for the work to be completed safely.  Entrance to businesses will be maintained throughout this process.
