State Representative Steve McCarter shares information information regarding two federal CARES Act grant programs now open for application, $10 million in grant funding for  opens in a new windowCOVID-19 Vaccines, Treatments and Therapies and $50 million in grant funding for  opens in a new windowCOVID-19 Hazard Pay Grant.
