Due to the evolving situation regarding COVID-19, tomorrow nights Public Safety and Public Works Committee meetings being held at Borough hall, 700 Summit Avenue will be live streamed on the Borough website here starting at 7:00 PM, once the meetings have concluded the videos will be uploaded here to the “meetings and agenda” page on the Borough website. During the Public Safety Committee meeting Second Alarmers, the Boroughs primary emergency medical services provider, will give a brief presentation on the COVID-19 virus.
“Montgomery County officials have been preparing for the eventuality of COVID-19 within the County, and are taking the appropriate steps. I want to remind everyone to follow the CDC COVID-19 prevention guidelines, and if you have symptoms stay at home and call your healthcare provider,” said Dr. Valerie A. Arkoosh, Chair of the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners.
