Resources for businesses, government, and citizens

Jenkintown Borough continues to update the Borough website with the latest COVID-19 information and community resources that have been provided by County, State, and Federal agencies. Please find below the latest resources available to businesses and citizens.

Relief is available for small businesses affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. The Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority has created the COVID-19 Working Capital Access (CWCA) Program, which provides low-interest loans up to $100,000 for small businesses. For more information on eligibility and applications, please visit the DCED website.

The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) is also offering a link to resources for businesses, government, and citizens. Rick Vilello, Deputy Secretary for Community Affairs and Development shares: “The resources we are now offering run the gamut from simple questions and answers to links to the Governor’s emergency proclamation to best practices around handling remote meetings that comply with Pennsylvania’s Sunshine Act.”
