With the winter holidays fast approaching and important meetings taking place, please find below the meeting schedule for the remainder of 2019. All meetings are open to the public and will be held at Jenkintown Borough Hall, 700 Summit Avenue.

Design Review Board – Tuesday, November 19th, 2019 6:00 PM: The Design Review Board will be meeting at Borough Hall next Tuesday night at 6:00 PM to review and discuss the plans for a residential addition to be built at the rear of 403 Florence Avenue as well as a presentation/plans for exterior feature upgrades at 440 York Road.

Planning Commission Meeting – Tuesday, November 19th, 2019 6:30 PM: The Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled public meeting at Borough Hall next Tuesday at 6:30 PM. The agenda is posted to the Borough website and can be found here. Items on this months agenda include; Jenkintown Historic Resource Survey, an update on the Cedar Street Moretti Park and discussions regarding EV Charging Stations.

Final Public Budget Meeting – Wednesday November 20th 6:00 PM: The final public budget workshop will take place at Borough Hall next Wednesday at 6:00 PM. During this workshop the Borough will be reviewing the proposed 2020 budget. This meeting focuses on 05 Library, 08 Sewer, 09 Solid Waste, 18 Street Tax, 20 Debt Service, 31 Capital Projects, 35 Liquid Fuels, 60 Police Pension, and 65 Non-uniform Pension funds and will review the 01 General Fund as time allows.
Special Borough Council Meeting – Wednesday November 20th, 2019 7:30 PM: This special public meeting has been called regarding the appointment to the vacant Borough Council seat in Ward Two and other matters presented before Council. Building, Zoning & Revitalization Committee Meeting – Wednesday November 20th 7:30 PM: The Building Zoning & Revitalization Committee will hold their regularly scheduled public meeting next Wednesday, 7:30 PM at Borough Hall. The Committee focuses on matters pertaining to all aspects of Zoning, Codes and Revitalization. The agenda is posted to the Borough website and can be found here.

Administration & Finance Committee Meeting – Wednesday November 20th 7:30 PM:  The Administration & Finance Committee will hold their regularly scheduled public meeting next Wednesday, 7:30 PM at Borough Hall. The Committee on matters pertaining to all aspects of Administration, Budget & Finance.The agenda is posted to the Borough website and can be found here.

Borough Council Meeting – Monday November 25th 7:30 PM: This monthly meeting is scheduled to take place on Monday November 25th at 7:30 PM due to the Thanksgiving holiday. This meeting, held at Borough Hall, is to discuss matters that have taken place in Jenkintown Borough as well as ongoing orders of business. The Agenda will be posted to the Borough website by Friday, November 22nd and this link will take you to that page.

Borough Council Meeting – Wednesday December 11th 6:30 PM: This monthly meeting is scheduled to take place on Wednesday December 11th at 6:30 PM due to the winter holidays.  This meeting, held at Borough Hall, is to discuss matters that have taken place in Jenkintown Borough as well as ongoing orders of business.
