The Jenkintown Paving Project is scheduled to begin Thursday, October 25th. The Paving contractor, General Asphalt, will begin posting no parking signs to notify residents of the upcoming milling and paving project process.

The milling process will take place on Thursday, October 25th and Friday, October 26th on the following roads: Florence Avenue, (between Runnymede Avenue and West Avenue) Hillside Avenue (between Walnut Street and York Road), Leedom Street (between Hillside Avenue and Cloverly Avenue). During the milling process the roads will be open to through traffic with limited delays and residents will have access to driveways.

The paving process will take place on Monday, October 29th and Tuesday, October 30th on the following roads: Florence Avenue, (between Runnymede Avenue and West Avenue) Hillside Avenue (between Walnut Street and York Road), Leedom Street (between Hillside Avenue and Cloverly Avenue). During the paving process, the roads will not be open to through traffic and residents will have limited access to their driveways.

Street parking will be restricted during the milling and paving operations. Residents with driveways are encouraged to use them, and properties using street parking will need to find alternate locations during the project.
