At the request of the applicant’s attorney as well as the attorney who is representing the residents in opposition of the development, the Zoning Hearing Board Hearing that had previously been scheduled for tomorrow evening, Thursday, June 28th, 2018, at the Jenkintown School District Middle School / High School Auditorium to consider the application of PB 459 York, LLC has been continued (will not be held tomorrow). At this time the ZHB & Attorneys are attempting to schedule this hearing during the first week of August. Once a date and location have been established, the Borough will inform all parties involved as well as send out communication to the residents and business owners. 
The equitable owner is looking to combine three parcels located at 459, 467, and 471 York Road and then subdivide the property into two parcels – one for a quick service restaurant and the other for the existing twin.
