Jenkintown Public Works Department Employment Opportunity

Jenkintown Borough is seeking a motivated individual to fill a vacant full-time position in the Public Works Department. To qualify for this position, individual must be able to work 40 hours per week with occasional overtime opportunities. Individual must be task oriented and have the ability to work independently, as well as with others. Individual must have experience in equipment operation, road maintenance and routine building and lawn maintenance. Birth Certificate, Social Security card & Valid Driver’s License required (CDL preferred). Employment is contingent on a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check. This position is covered by the full employee benefit package, pay starts at $15 per hour and may vary with experience. Jenkintown Borough is an equal opportunity employer.
