The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Jenkintown will hold a continuance hearing on Thursday July 6th, 2017 at 7:00pm. at Borough Hall, 700 Summit Avenue, Jenkintown, PA 19046 for the application submitted by of JJLH of Jenkintown LLC, on behalf of Faulkner Nissan, of 610 York Road, Jenkintown, Pa 19046. The Applicant is appealing the decision of the Zoning Officer, requesting a special exception, and variances sections 181-57, 181-58A, 181-43.C.1.c.1, 181-43.C.1.c.2, 181-43.C.1.c.3, 181-74, and Article XIV to use the existing lot as surface parking for Faulkner Nissan at 610 York Road Jenkintown PA 19046. All affected or interested parties are invited to attend and offer testimony.
