The Jenkintown Recreation Board is proud to host our annual “Light up the Square” event this Saturday, December 3rd at 6:00 PM in Town Square.

Please join us as we celebrate the holidays with a tree lighting and a visit by Santa Claus himself!

Refreshments provided by Velvet Sky Bakery & Café and Sweet Escape Cupcakery. Enjoy hot cocoa and mini-cupcakes in the square or free cookies inside Velvet Sky Café.

While snacking, delight in a performance by the Jenkintown High School Brass Ensemble.

Timeline:

6:15pm – Santa is scheduled to arrive and help us light the tree!

6:30pm – The Jenkintown High School Brass Ensemble performs!

The weather forecast looks good for Saturday, but in the event of rain, proceedings will move inside the Independent Fire Company, just down the street at 609 Greenwood Ave.
