Tonight’s concert will be rocking with School of Rock Fort Washington

It may be a long way to the top if you wanna rock ’n’ roll, but the performers at this week’s Summer Music Series concert are well on their way. Come to Town Square tonight at 7pm for an exciting night of music from the talented students of the School of Rock Fort Washington. Last year’s concert was a highlight of the summer, so you don’t want to miss it.

As usual, the Recreation Board will be providing ice pops and water to keep you hydrated all evening long (please bring your own water bottle or cup, if at all possible, to help reduce trash in the square). The board is also looking for volunteers to help us organize and run events like the Summer Music Series. A sign-up form to receive more information will be available by the ice pops.

If you are around early, be sure to check-out the on-going Jenkintown Farmer’s Market that runs concurrently with the Summer Music Series from 5:30PM – 8:30PM.

This year’s Summer Music Series is sponsored, in part, by The Drake Tavern and PetValu. Thanks for the support!

See you in the Square!
