The Per Capita Tax is a “head tax” levied on residents between the ages of 18 and 66. Per Capita Tax invoices are sent annually to every resident in the Borough.

All businesses and rental property owners are required to complete a Jenkintown Borough Business Privilege Tax Return and remit the tax due on an annual basis. Returns are sent to the businesses and property owners at the end of February or beginning of March each year and are due no later than May 1st of the calendar year.
