Zoning Code Revision
Borough Council is currently engaged in a project to revise Jenkintown’s Zoning Code. After input from the public via a Public Hearing, and input from the Building, Zoning and Revitalization Committee as well as the Jenkintown Planning Commission, revisions were made and the code is proposed to be adopted at the Borough Council Meeting on September 13, 2010.
The proposed code (which includes all appropriate revisions is available in draft form here and can be compared to the existing code here.
