Borough Update from Police Chief DiValentino
Dear Resident,
I am pleased, but cautious, to advise that Jenkintown Borough has not had any reported burglaries directly related to the recent daytime break-ins over the past several weeks. I like to think it is due to the increased patrol both marked and unmarked and also by the increase in phone calls by citizens who reported suspicious activity in their neighborhood. We are not letting our guard down, we will continue to be vigilant until the suspects are arrested and placed where they belong. We ask that you continue to call the police department if you observe something that just does not seem right. Remember; if you see anything that makes you uneasy please call right away.
