			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>PennDOT is holding a public meeting for the Greenwood Avenue Bridge Replacement Project on <strong>Thursday,&nbsp; May 31 at 7:00 p.m. at Curtis Hall in Cheltenham.</strong>&nbsp; (Curtis Hall is located at the intersection of Church Road and Greenwood Ave.)&nbsp; PennDOT will briefly explain the project, point out the detours for cars and trucks and answer questions.&nbsp; No closure date has been set as yet for the bridge, but PennDOT expects to have this information for the meeting.</p>

That tragic statistic is connected to faces and families in the documentary film &quot;Not My Life,&quot;&nbsp; about human trafficking in the United States and worldwide. The film, narrated by Glenn Close, is part of a free event <strong>Tuesday, May 15, 7:00 p.m. at Jenkintown&#39;s Hiway Theate, 212 York Road, Jenkintown.</strong> (NOTE:&nbsp; THE TIMES-CHRONICLE PRINTED AN INCORRECT DATE FOR THIS EVENT.)</p>
<p>The film will be followed by a discussion led by a panel of experts on the many forms human trafficking can take &#8211; perhaps in our own communities &#8211; and how individuals can help.</p>
<p>The Jenkintown event is organized by the office of State Representative Lawrence Curry (154th District), in collaboration with the Montgomery County Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition and a group of concerned citizens.&nbsp; For more information, contact Rep. <p>The 2012 Market welcomes several new vendors this year, including Berkholder Farm (organic produce, jams, honey); Naughty Nutty Love (gourmet nut butters); Vick&#39;s Piks (pickles, hand-made soaps); Raviolitas (home-made gourmet raviolli); and Farm Fromage (hand crafted cheese).</p>
<p>As a special Opening Day Event; local plant expert and Wild Foodies Founder Lynn Landes will be discussing edible and non-edible local plants, some of which may be growing in your own backyard.</p>
<p>The Farmers&#39; &nbsp;Market will be held every Wednesday from 11:30 to 4:00 through November 21 in the Town Square.</p>
