The summer is over, but the fun in Town Square isn’t! The annual Chili Cook-Off is back for 2016! This year, we have remixed things a little and added a Pie-BAKING Tournament!
Enter your best meat or vegetarian chili in a Battle Royale of flavor in Town Square. Compete to win up to $200 in prize money, the coveted Golden Ladle, and bragging rights for the next 365 days!
More of a sweet-tooth than a chili-head? We have you covered this year! Enter your best pie in our first Pie-Baking Tournament for a chance to win bragging rights and FREE tickets to the Hiway Theater! Entered pies will compete tournament bracket style, one-on-one, until only a single pie survives and Jenkintown’s first Pie Champion is crowned! To make things even more interesting, the judges in this tournament will be randomly chosen from the attendees on the day!*

While you are eating your chili, enjoy a live performance by Jenkintown’s own Alex Bartlett. It’s like a mini Summer Music Series, but with Chili, and hopefully colder weather!
We will also be accepting canned good donations for Loaves & Fishes. Making a donation gets you ONE extra coin to use in chili voting!
Only $5 to taste all the chili in the square! Be sure to get there EARLY, the chili goes FAST!
